Our dough is of the purest quality, kneaded and proofed for 24 hours for that light and airy texture. Our sauce is respectfully made from San Marzano tomatoes, the mother component of all sauces and an ingredient we dare not change. Mozzarella from Campania to top the combination of the airy and rich taste of our pizza.
