“Pizza unites” was the message and the journey was long. The passion sparked in 2000 at Pizza Ciro, and all that came after was a fire to bring the true taste of Neapolitan pizza to Kuwait. A series of trials and error in the backyard with nothing but enthusiasm and a wood-fired oven. It was time to dig a little deeper and pursue it a little harder, with the help and guidance of Pizzaioli such as Enzo Coccia, Giulio Adriani shaped and kneaded the concept of simplicity and personality in our own pizza dough, with God’s blessing and patience SOLO was cultivated in the heart of Sharq, the taste of Napoli was born in Kuwait in 2011. #GodBless  

Pure & Simple

    From the crust up our ingredients at SOLO are of the most authenticity, we use fresh and local to Napoletan pizza ingredients. Our dough is of the purest quality, kneaded and proofed for 24 hours for that light and airy texture. Our sauce is respectfully made from San Marzano tomatoes, the mother component of all sauces and an ingredient we dare not change. Mozzarella from Campania to top the combination of the airy and rich taste of our pizza. The simple combination of these authentic and pure ingredients are finally sealed with a kiss of fire from our traditional wood-fire oven, a Napoli staple that adds and creates a unified combination of simple flavours to produce that rich smoky taste of Napoli with all its texture and wholesomeness. #KissedByFire

SOLO’s pizza keeps the tradition of its unified Napoli family Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and L'Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani alive through the peculiarity of its shape, which is a key distinction of Napoletan personality.  A Salute to tradition! With a little room for our SOLO creation.
